  • Appointments are confirmed by our team and subject to technician availability.

3) Pricing, Payment, & Diagnostic Fee

  • Prices are disclosed before service begins and may vary by service type and duration.
  • Payment is made directly to Solid Appliance Repair upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods are communicated prior to service.
  • If you cancel after a technician has arrived or begun diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.

4) Warranties

  • We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 days and we will make it right.
  • Any service concern should be reported promptly so we can assist you.

5) Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and appliance information (brand/model, symptoms).
  • Ensure someone 18+ is present during service.

6) Site Use

  • This site and its content are provided “as is.” We may change features, content, or availability at any time.
  • Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, spamming, interfering with operations).

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Appliance Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  • For site-related issues (not services), Solid Appliance Repair’s total liability will not exceed USD $100.
